Tonight I wanted to show you a fun new card design that I saw online recently. I decided to give it a try for my husband's birthday which was last weekend... it was the perfect occasion to give this a go! He loves mechanical cards and this fit the bill.

This is a card in a box. The card can be mailed in a flat regular envelope but when you pop it open, it forms a free standing box. We will be making a Valentine card using this plan for the Valentine classes. Hope you will join us to find out how easily this can be made.

Long time no chat

Hi Stampin Friends!
Where have I been? buried under a caseload of needy kids (and parents)! This has been a challenging school year and although I have not been posting online much - I am still in the stamping game (How could I leave it? I LOVE it!)
I wanted to jump on here today (in between writing progress reports!) and let you know that I have succumb to the predictions for Sunday and will be cancelling this class for January 26th - the class about Valentine's and valentine treats. Instead it will be held on Feb 2....time to get out of the house and play. Makes some gifts for the loved ones in your life!!
I'm looking ahead to future classes....be sure to let me know which topics you would like to see covered.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, STAMPIN FRIENDS!!

Hope you are all enjoying fond memories of the recent holidays.   It has been a busy, but exciting time, in our home.  Lately, I have not been able to stamp as much as I usually do but I have been so eager to get back to it on a more regular basis so I have added several classes to my schedule.  Hopefully, you will find a date and topic that suit you.   If not, let me know what you would like to see added to the schedule.

Classes are scheduled for January 12 and 26, February 9 and 23, and March 2 and 23.
