Hi all!Tonight I'm posting a sweet little card using the top note die cut - I love using my die cutter! The picture is a bit light so you might not notice the little birthday cake below the words "your day". There is Stickles glitter glue on the balloons and the cake to give it a bit of bling. The polka dot balloon was done with designer series paper and is attached with a dimensional. Those stampers who come to my stampin session on Sunday March 1st will be making this card.
