Another Birthday card

Hi all
This card is kinda curly!!  Scallops across the top and the loops around the sides of the focal point!

This technique is called spotlighting - where you only color focal points of the whole design and then pop them up on top of the main picture. 
But the fun part is on the inside!!  check it out!!

How cool is that!!  Love it!  What a nice surprise for the person having a birthday!!  Thanks to my upline Sandy for a great idea!!
