Fifth Avenue Floral carde #4

Hi all
This card was made based on the directions offered by Patty Bennett. The shimmery white c/s is run through the big shot in the textured impressions folder. The a brayer is used (two different colors) to bray the back of the card - everywhere the Big Shot impressed the paper is a gulley and the ink does not stick there. Try it! Don't have a Big Shot? You should come to my classes - you get to use my Big Shot to make a variety of projects without having to buy the machine.

I'm excited!!

Hi All!
I have just finished setting up the room for tomorrow's (or should I say, later today's) stampin' class and I am excited about the project. We will be making 12 mini note cards with envelopes using the scallop envy die cut. They really turned out great!! We will also be covering the front and back of a mini lunch tin to store the note cards. Can't wait to take some pictures to show you! I am thinking of selling this set as a kit but will have to make some adaptations as I used some retired In Color papers and Cardstock - my supply of those is really down now. Hope my gals enjoy the project!!
This has been a long day that started earlier for me than usual. Usually, in the summer, I sleep in late and stay up really late - like tonight - I am a natural night owl - always have been. But today we took my son to get his birthday present - went to a place in DC to get it - and then came home to assemble it. I've been working all evening on prepping for class. Hope I don't hassle with insomnia tonight!!

Heads Up! new class!

Hi All
'Last minute notice!! By popular demand, my Sunday class is back !!
quickie mini note cards and tin JUL 12 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Eastern )

Join me this Sunday, July 12th to make a collection of quickie mini notecards and envelopes (the die cut scallop flap envelope) which we will put into a mini tin lunchbox, which we will embellish. Bring your snail and sticky strip adhesives, scissors and a bone folder. Fee for this class is $10 and can be paid at the door in cash only. You must preregister by noon on Saturday, July 11th.
