Stampin' Up! stampin' Santa fun!!!

Hi Stampers!!!
Sure hope my silly Santa gives you a smile today!!  The base of this treat box is the new candy wrapper die from the Holiday mini catalog.

When I die cut the box, I didn't cut out the entire design because I wanted to close one end of the box flat so the box could stand vertically on end - I eliminated the twisty part by placing the cardstock just inside the diamond cut.  On the top end, I  also left off the twisty part and folded in only three of the four flaps to close the box.   I stamped the Santa face (from the Holiday Hoopla set ) on white cardstock and then attached it to the fourth flap which is sticking up straight behind the face.  I diddled with the hat and decided it looked best stamped in black ink on the real red cardstock.  The white design is embossed using versamark and white embossing powder.  The glitter on the head is the chunky white glitter and then I used a marker to highlight the face.  I punched out a 1/2" black cardstock circle and then cut it in half for the feet.   They are attached with dimensionals, as is the face.  The Santa suit that is stamped in red on the front of the box is from the Tags til Christmas set.  I used a black marker to color the belt and a gold pen to highlight the buckle.
Cute, huh?
