Beach Cards, Project 8

HI all
Sorry about missing yesterday...been busy getting ready for convention.  I cannot wait to share my projects for convention ...but that will have to wait until I return from convention.  In the meantime, I have one last beach card to share with you.

In someways this card is a throw back to the past.   First, the stamp set used to make the card is retired (Simply Summer).  The mechanical aspect of the card doesn't seem as frequently used as it used to be.

The background was sponged using a cloud template.  The flowers were stamped on the edge of the cardstock and then the edge was folded upward to create a trough.  The bike is attached to a strip of cardstock which is woven into the cover of the card so that it can slide through the trough. When you pull the strip the bike moves.

Now the bike is on the right!  fun!!  Because the strip is woven into the card, it won't slide out or get pulled out.
If you are interested in getting this 6 piece set of stamps for $5 (plus postage if it needs to be mailed), contact me.
