Tonight my son went to a Sweet Sixteen birthday party for a lovely girl who is in the marching band with him She is a nice girl and I wanted to make a nice card for her. Here is what I came up with...

The skirt and bodice are made from a scallop die cut or punch and the purse is made from two hand held punches.

What a great twist on the dress/apron....LOVE THIS especially with the money being the bottom part of the dress on the inside...very creative!
