Bird Project #2

I saw a template for this card on Clean and Easy and decided to work it up using the little birds from Happy together.  Now I had not yet mounted my set so when I did mount it I cut apart the three little birds and mounted them as far apart on the block as possible - one on each end and one dead center.  This allowed me to stamp each one individually without having to narrow my margin around each bird.  Monocromatic is such a delightful approach because it seems to make your images the focal point instead of the color.  Since the birds are quite simple, it made sense that the layout would be simple too.  The largest bird is on a dimensional, just to make him a smidge more prominant.  I made a point of putting the bird looking over his shoulder at the back of the bunch - reminds me of the ADHD kids I work with - one of them is always looking in the wrong direction!!
